VALUable Bible Activities is a series of coloring/activity books that are educationally sound and that stimulate children to ask questions. Our goal is to provide exceptional graphics and activities that will encourage young minds to want to know more. They will be able to relate to the people in the Bible, allowing God to become exceptionally real and personal and not simply a god in a storybook.

VALUable Bible Tools introduces 16 Old Testament and 16 New Testament Bible characters to children. The goal is to show how valuable these men and women were to God, as well as noting their personal values, abilities, and sometimes lack of abilities to meet the challenges that God presented.

The VALUable Bible Tools Bible Activities are activity/coloring pages that are a supplement to the stories of these Bible characters. Children need to know that the great people of the Bible were normal people with many of the same challenges that we face.

Their success came from their relationship to God, the values that God instilled in them and their ability to trust God for their strength and wisdom that only He could give. These creatively designed activities are age appropriate and may be used in Sunday School, Christian School, and Home School environments.
The Bible characters included in this series are:
Old Testament: Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, Samuel, Saul, David, Elijah, Elish, Jonah, Nehemiah, Esther, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego,and Daniel.
New Testament: Matthew, Zechariah, Elizabeth, Joseph, Mary, John the Baptist, Simon Peter, Jesus
Mary & Martha, Ananias and Sapphira, John, Philip, Cornelius the Centurion, Thomas, Paul and Barnabas.

Due to the wide variety of versions of the Bible, references to scripture are given so that the activities may be adapted to any version. Reproduction rights are given for one classroom.


Author/Contributor Bio:

Cindy Jackson is an accomplished illustrator with over 25 years of experience in church ministry. Her unique artistic talent has been used to develop memory verse take-home projects, crafts, bulletin board designs and vacation bible school art. She has also supervised other artists on projects relating to children's art and graphic design. Along with her other gifts, Cindy has also created children's artwork for a variety of mission outreaches in Africa, Central America and Europe. Having past experience with Sunday school curriculum, combined with her Illustrating experience and graphics training, Cindy has become a valuable asset to VALUable Bible Tools as she creates quality Bible-based activities for children. It is evident through her artwork that Cindy has an enduring passion for spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to children.
