Sonya Haskins (January 20, 2009)Math K5 covers everything from identification of numbers, counting and shapes, to money, telling time and basic addition and substraction. While the student is working, a parent-teacher will need to be present to guide them, particularly the non-reader. While the book may be colorful and attractive, the scattered drawings and vibrant colors may be distracting to some students. This is a paperback book with soft gummed binding. It has the convenience of being three hole punched on the left-hand side so that parents have the option of putting the book in a teacher binder when desired.
